How I work with you

I schedule an initial discovery call with you to understand what you would like to achieve and if we can work together for ultimate success

If you are ready to proceed, I arrange a 30 minute pre-transformation session to review what you ultimately want to achieve and understand more about your story, history and triggers.
03.
The next step is a 90 minute Zoom session where I guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis. Importantly, you are always in control and will remember everything from the session. During hypnosis, you will access your subconscious mind, where we will revisit scenes from your life which have triggered your negative habits.
04.
We discuss the scenes that came up together, you then understand how, why and see the issue in a different positive light and remove any negative beliefs you may have attached to them.
05.
I then give you a bespoke positive audio with empowering suggestions and new positive beliefs to help you achieve what you want. Most importantly, you must commit to listening to the audio daily for at least 6 weeks following the session.
06.
I support you with regular inspirational and motivational text messages and a Zoom follow up session of 30 minutes 7-10 days after your main session.
